Abstract
In article it is proved the idea that the philosophical foundations of the theory of law are interpretive suggestions, allowing to connect the one hand, the theory of law, and on the other - a system of philosophical knowledge. Furthermore, the assertion is proved duality of philosophical knowledge, serving as the philosophical foundations of the theory of law. Duality in this case is regarded as a compound reflective philosophy, analysing the legal reality in its logic, and valuable philosophy coming from all sorts of value judgments concerning the right.
