Abstract
The article deals with the problematic issues of the status of the artificial persons of public law, taking into account international experience of legal regulation. The authors examine the artificial person ofpublic law in the context of theoretical categories of legal personality, pay special attention to its legal capacity to sue, critically, the provisions of the draft Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation and make recommendations for their improvement.
