Abstract
The article is devoted to the key innovations introduced in the Law on the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in June 2014. In this regard analyzes the provisions of the composition of the Constitutional Court and its filling with new judges, the deadline for the submission of constitutional complaints, the resolution of cases without a hearing and the role of the Constitutional Court in the process of execution of decisions of the European Court of human rights.
