Abstract
The concept of reasonableness in civil science is still not comprehensively explored, given the complexity, diversity and depth of this term: the wisdom of citizen law and legislation can act as a principle, category, price left the requirements and criteria of legal technique. In article attempt of a comprehensive study of the concept of reasonableness taking into account modern tendencies of reforming of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation. With regard to the notion of reasonableness of the task demand can be characterized as a system of legislative enactments, directed or contributing to the achievement of certain results measured by the legislator as acceptable for the full development of social relations.
