Abstract
The article deals with the constitutional provisions of principle of the equality before the law and the court in the 50 states of the United States of America and federal Constitution. The principle of equality has played a special role in the development of federal relations in the United States. The constitutions of the states were accepted for more than 200-year period of existence of the United States. The evolution of the equality principle has a special interest for the researchers.
