Abstract
Some theoretical aspects of psychosomatics are discussed. The leading part of the personality in psychosomatic relations is affirmed. The linkage between syncretic and syntagmatic approaches in the science, on the one hand, and comorbidity concept, on the other hand, is discussed. Phenomenological analysis of somatoform symptoms and displays is given. The influence of somatic sphere on mentality, as well as some problems of virtuality and subjectivity in diagnostics of mental and psychosomatic distortions are mentioned.
