- Abstract
- The theme of the human enhancement is attracting an increasing attention of philosophers, social scientists, bioethicists and representatives of other related disciplines. In the debates on the risks and prospects of human enhancement technologies argument of inevitability is often put out. It touches upon the economic, political, social and ethical aspects of the implementation of technology stimuli in today's society. Any expansion of ideas of inevitability on the domain of genetic enhancement invalid for it does not take into account various factors that determine a legal and regulatory context, as well as socio-cultural factors.
