Abstract
Innovations in the contemporary science are effective just so far as they are supported by certain innovative social projects and by heavy employment of social technologies (ST) that allow formation of the actors of innovations and development of mutually beneficial relationships of partnership and competition between the science, business, education, state and society. The way of transformation of the of innovations-aimed basic science production by ST employment is illustrated by the analysis of the activities of "Miriad Genetics Incorporation".
