Abstract

Modern civilization as a period of historical development of the country is characterized by such indicators as high level development of material and political culture, as well as social relations, including gender dimension. Gender specific of the electoral behavior as well as political and values of voter’s require careful consideration and investigation as they are the basic of the concrete strategy and tactics of election’s campaign.
