- Abstract
- Information technologies are considered as potential dangers for the Man and are compared to biotechnologies from this point of view. Some specific social-information projects are discussed, e.g. switch to electronic money, electronic identities, digital video-cameras employed for surveillance over people and so on. The necessity of humanitarian expert review of such projects is demonstrated. It can influence all the prospect of future information society.
