- Abstract
- The question how one could differentiate the pornography from the eroticism rise from time to time either in the perspective of the aesthetics and law or in the perspective of visual culture on in the perspective the whole. Mostly it is the passing of some or other censorship restrictions or attempts to develop the relevant legislation that give rise to this question. In the field of aesthetics it is common to correlate this categories to the domains of the sublime and the base, respectively. The article deals with the time when the new way of the representation of reality was emerging and there was only an undifferentiated idea of the indecent that was actual.
