Abstract

The article deals with a new trend that is common for a number of today's cine- matographers in Germany. While analyzing its success, the author pays attention to sincere interest of this new trend in contemporary hero, that is an ordinary human, so called "hero of everyday life" experiencing the time of change. The theme is considered with reference to a number of movies made since the middle 1990-ies.
