Abstract

Dragunskaya L.S. King Oedipus' Oedipus complex: Incest problem in the history and in the culture External prohibition of incest is quite actual and especially rigid under patriarchy. As for internal prohibition that is the subject of clinical psychoanalysis, it's nature is not only ontogenic, but phylogenic as well. Its phylogenic determinants are quite indispensable and important factors in both formation of the prohibition itself and experiencing of incest drives that have been quite actual during all the history.
