Abstract
Interrelation of the notions of "truth", "evidence" and reliability in the works of Duns Scotus (circ. 1265-1308), an outstanding medieval philosopher and theologist. Two excerpts from the vast philosophical heritage of the scholar that are first translated into Russian are appended.
